Muffin time

During the Thanksgiving holiday season, cranberry sauce is so common in groceries. It is usually served with the traditional turkey every year. On those festive days, I was shopping for cheesecake ingredients and grabbed a can of cranberry sauce. When I got home and opened the can, I realized that I bought the wrong kind for cheesecake. So I just set it aside and thought of looking for a great recipe for it.

I found this awesome instructions for making cranberry muffin. Everything was perfect if you just follow the recipe. The muffin was moist and soft. What I love most about it is that it is not too sweet. It can keep you full too and is nice to pair up with a tea. My husband almost finished the whole pan of muffins, and my daughter ate a whole bunch too!

Another fruit muffin to try is the one with peaches! I shared them with our friend, and her family enjoyed eating them. It is a good snack, breakfast, or even dessert! I used canned peaches instead of having to peel and clean up several round peaches. The only problem I encountered with it is that the muffin sticked too much on the pan. Most probably, you need to add more oil in the recipe. But regardless of that, it still tasted so good!
